toronto game! yay!
oh right, that probably only makes a difference to me since i am only 1 of 2 torontonian jets fans.
anyways, JETS FOOTBALL IN TORONTO!
anyways, if the jets can limit their offense and sanchez doesnt mess up, this should be an easy win.

ok, so braylon made up a bit with those 2 nice catches. pretty good if they can keep it up for the rest of the game.

Hawaiian pizza is good.

good win.. Hate we couldn't put game away once clemens came in. He didn't look that good at all.. we were fortunate that our defense was great tonight..
Darelle "pac man" Revis eats up another big time receiver in TO.... this guy should be leading the way for Defensive player of the year... He is on his game big time!!!!!!! Best in the business.. Lito sheppard was very good today shutting down lee evans..
thomas Jones another 100 yard game, and shonn green looked fantastic.
Sanchez was hitting a groove before he left. Hope he is ready for next week. At least he gets a nice long rest....
6-6

Re: Week 13: Jet Vs. Bills. TORONTO BALL!
Defense played very good, still some inexcusable hickups (Rhodes shying contact again, a few big runs allowed) but overall strong effort. David Harris is a beast, DLine is stepping up without Big Jenks (Douglas, DeVito, Green and most importantly Ellis and Pouha, who has looked lightyears better than last year) and overall we did what we were supposed to do against a very suspect Bills offense.
Offense needs time to develop rythmn, run game is dominant but we need another gamebreaker. A guy who can work the underneath routes, maybe a true slot receiver and a security blanket for Sanchez. We really miss Leon Washington. Edwards had a bad drop but more than made up for it with the TD and his run blocking on the outside has been spectacular. On the big early run by Brad Smith he just rammed a guy out of bounds who was about to make the tackle from behind. He is definitely giving a lot of effort. Our offensive line was just mauling the Bills, complete domination... Thomas Jones is running very well and Greene looks promising.
Now Revis is something else, man, we knew that for quite some time now. Great kid and a special talent. The league starts to recognize now. Too bad he won't win defensive player of the year as a) our record won't be great and b) he doesn't really has many sexy stats (INTs etc). The award will propably go to the guy with the most sacks, I guess it's Jared Allen. While a very good player I think guys like Woodson, Revis or Polamalu before he was injured have a bigger impact on the game. Revis also takes on the best in the business every Sunday and doesn't play against the horrible OTs of the NFC North (sry Jared)....

Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies...

Re: Week 13: Jet Vs. Bills. TORONTO BALL!
The only guy worth mentioning in as many consecutive posts as I could count, not that the others guys aren't worth mentioning at all, is Darelle Revis. Receivers can say all they want about there being no such thing as a shutdown corner, but Revis is as closest to the thing as it comes.
And damn it Sanchez...I admire his heart and all, especially for a rookie, but not knowing how to slide can cost you a year or two of your prime.

kellen clemens looked awful. from my count:
4 sacks
several dropbacks
1 fumble.
1.4 quarters.
1 terrible scrub.
1 kellen clemens.
1 unhappy fan.

Time to use a round 4 or 5 pick on a new back-up for sure.
