Why are mods so tight on locking threads?

Post#1 » by VC-INJURY » Fri Dec 4, 2009 9:36 pm

Let the discussions and topics flow freely. This place is moderated like Stalinist Russia. Not every topic or discussion on Bosh, Calderon, trades etc can be placed under the same umbrella. Although some threads may seem similar at first glance, the discussions that take place within them often become more specific (think of it like a lake turning into a river).

This isnt going to help man...just let it go, there's always a reason. Dont make a thread asking why your thread was locked, that only makes things worse.

I'm going to speak my mind. If the mods lock it will only reinforce my claims.

Since you think mods are tight maybe you should look into Benoit Balls, that might help.

This thread will also be locked

To answer your question, It's because you started a trade thread when there's an official trade thread open.

THERE IS ALREADY A TRADE THREAD. The forums become clustered...and then it gets ugly because they have monitor multiple threads at once.

Just because they eat (and occasionally sodomize) something doesn't mean they hate it.

Too far? Sorry...

Why do some people insist on making new threads when their discussion can easily be filed into some other thread? Right, because some people just like to open new threads cause it makes them feel good.

Who cares? Just don't click on the thread then. Is it because people are too lazy to navigate away from the main page? It's a Raptors forum, let people talk about anything as long as it's related to basketball and/or the Raptors.

Or is it that people are too lazy to find a thread in which their thoughts could add to an existing discussion?
