add Dampier back and drop Ibaka.

Since I did not know Dampier was back, and apparently, neither did Jordan, removing Lawson doesn't make any sense. I would have merely dropped Ibaka and added Dampier at any rate, and still been able to drop Delfino for Lawson.

Sheesh, you guys are Nazis this year.

Nope .. does not work that way, since you didn't add Dampier before adding Lawson. For all the crap that TheMan gets, he atleast did not make any transactions while having a active players on his IL. I'm sure it was unintentional on your part, but Lawson should be back on the WW. my $0.02.

I think everyone's opinion on this is a bit skewed because THEY want Lawson, a young stud who'll be a solid PG in about 2 years. Fact is, the way it usually goes is if you don't add the guy before adding someone else, you LOSE the rights to the guy you have on IL. Last year, I saw that happen several times. No sense in changing the rules now.

In my experience, the rule has always been that you'll be locked from adding/dropping players when you have an active player on the IL. I wasn't locked.

Show me in the rules where it says I can't add a player while there is an active player on my IL, and I'll agree.

Yes...good point. I guess I was thinking about the FFL, as I think Jordan gave me a small window of time to pick up my guy or declare him off my IL.

Either way, I'm not seeing any foul play with the Lawson pick up. I think it's a non-issue...let's move on.

Well, we've been self policing all year.

Since we have a self-policing IL, I guess you answered your own question :D

For the record, I have no problem with a weekly move limit. It's easy to format it into Y!, we wouldn't have to police ourselves. 4 moves per week sounds reasonable if you guys are serious about it.

Both you guys play tag team every time. every. single. time.

Not that there is anything wrong with that, but it is an interesting dynamic :)

That's not true. I eviscerated WB over his trades this summer. Turns out, I was wrong, but nonetheless.

I 100% complain about people who 100% complain about streaming :D Fact is, in a competitive league like this, if you drop someone, you're not going to get him back (I've already gotten several valuable guys thanks to Stanford's streaming...which, btw, thanks Coady. Guys like Landry have worked out really well for me!).

Show me the rule that says YS can't take Camby, Kidd, Smith and Ray Allen from your team and put them on mine.

You know that once a player is playing after being on IL there can be no more add/drops until the player is released or added to the active roster. The fact that we have a commissioner who is not locking people does not give you carte blance to break the rules.

Same place as Danilo Gallinari, not on my roster, which is where both belong.

Which is why I don't stream. My team is too tough. Standfords talent is all at the top and I will admit his top ten are very good but this rest of his roster is very weak.

So we agree. They both belong "not on [your] roster."

It is a shame they stopped teaching English.

Let's break it down:

Same place as Danilo Gallinari,

See Blake is with Gallinari

not on my roster,

where? not on my roster

which is where both belong.

but both belong on my roster.

Class, do you understand?

So, let me get this straight.

You should have Galinari, because the rules shouldn't be strictly enforced. But, you should also have Blake Griffin, because the rules should be strictly enforced. Is that about right, professor?
