Why is Green allowed to shoot so many 3s ??

He's 28% for the season, 22% in the last 10 games


He starts do remind me Josh Smith, he thought he was a good 3pt shooter (which he's not) until someone told him to stop chucking 3s and drive the ball to basket

It's not like he's taking contested shots though. But you're right he probably should hit them at a higher clip if he's going to continue to take them.

yep, i dont even mind the 3's he takes because most of them are un contested. He has shown he can hit them on occasion he is just very inconsistent.

He is in a serious rut right now. It's true teams are giving him the wide open three. But maybe they are doing that because they know he is throwing up bricks and they will have one more rebounder under the hoop when he lets the next brick fly?

Just because the shot is wide open doesn't mean it is a good shot. I'd like the see him put the floor and drive to the rack more.

It's especially grating with Jeff Green because it's not like that is the only way he can score; he can dribble the ball a bit, post up, etc.
