Charlotte out Law and Ajinca

NY out Harrington

Chicago out Thomas and James

Charlotte in Thomas with him being the backup 4

NY in James and Law (james expiring deal is all they want)

Chicago in Harrington and Lexy or he can go to the Knicks either way everybody gets what they want. Besides Thomas is still hurt and won't be back for about a week.

I wouldn't want Thomas.
I wouldn't like to send Lexy to an emrging team in th East if not fro anythign else than for it would be brutal if he actually pans out
Derrick Brown is better player to keep than Tyrus Thomas. Even if that wouldn't be the case Tyrus would eat even part of his minutes which is a thing we should avoid. UPS is one of the more NBA ready rookies, yet Larry Brown doesn't play him as much as he probably deserves, getting Tyrus wouldn't help.

I don't think Derrick Brown will ever be a better player than Tyrus Thomas.
Humble yourself.

So you want two starting caliber players who have very favorable contracts for two guys who don't get PT with your team and an average SG?

Not asking for much are ya?!?!

;)

In return, we would like a super star on a fair contract using all our unwanted players as trade chips.

And we could offer a discount, it could be Derrick Rose instead of a superstar:) (will he buy that?)

Now you see what we struggle with.

I didn't post this in a 'this is what we demand' kind of way, but rather, 'this is the only scenario that would make Bulls management even consider it' kind of way.

It's basically impossible finding a deal for Thomas right now, unless that Harrington trade goes down, which doesn't seem likely.

Tyrus has a major cap hold for next year, which makes it hard for teams to acquire him. Unless they consider him just another expiring, of course.
