Yes. Let's downgrade talent at the PF/C position and become a 37 win team year in and year out. McHale, is that you?

... I dunno, Gallo is actually playing and producing in the NBA, while Rubio remains a prospect. A highly valued prospect and one who plays a more difficult position to fill than Gallinari, don't get me wrong, I just think we as Woofie fans may be overrating Rubio's value a bit here.
Pass on the Jefferson deal. I'd think long and hard over that Knicks trade. Not sure either team would make it real life (after all, the Knicks would be giving up their only good young player and would still have to deal with Rubio's contract issues.) Realistically, could the Wolves get something better for Rubio?

That NY deal might make some sense next offseason. IF NYK land a couple max FAs then then a distributing PG would make a lot more sense than Gallo backing up Lebron/Amare.

if you move Jefferson it is for a legit contributor at the wing spot.
For me Brewer is better than chandler. Once we get another wing scorer and brewer can just hustle around he will be fine. Gallo for Rubio is interesting if NY offered more incentive. Kahn did publicly state his is not moving Rubio.
I doubt Rubio would fetch Gallo at this point. Certainly not from NY fans perspective.

We have clearly seen the value of the NY fan's perspective.

Still at this point I would say Gallo's value is higher for the simple fact that he is in the NBA and producing. So I agree with TrentTuckerForever.

LOL! How true.
This is probably a deal neither team would do. Gallinari is the biggest draw NYK is providing for fans right now, and they wouldn't be happy to have to wait on Rubio. This trade reduces their wins, and may increase the chance that the pick they traded UTA becomes John Wall.
Meanwhile, MIN doesn't need Gallinari right now. Rubio will have 2-3 years more on rookie scale that Gallinari, and his upside is higher. He could be a bigger draw for us, because we've follow him so closely (like Knicksfans have followed Gallinari).
