I'm not as worried about Thompson as I am Hawes. Thompson gets in trouble because he tries to much and is out of control. His game is coming around, and his jump shot is really looking better. If they ran pick and pop plays for him, he'd hit alot of jumpers IMO. But he does need to work on some of his low post moves.
Hawes, dunno. He looks awesome one night and dissapears for a week. But he is 21, not 30. I don't think we should give up on him.

I think this is actually a very important point. At times, due to our lack of depth, we've ended up isolating Noc. That should never happen in any situation. We have Noc moving off the ball, and then he tries to create and sometimes it works out, but usually it's pretty hideous. Getting Kevin in this position would be so, so much more effective.
