Are the Hornets blowing up their team? Trade possibilities?

Of that I have no doubt, but the player has to be a significant difference maker that makes up for the loss of depth, I don't think West does that.

You don't give up talent for David West based on what he used to do, but rather on what he's doing now, and what he's doing now is very marginal. His contract isn't too long, and it declines so assuredly we'd have to take on a bad contract like Posey, but we don't want Parker and Posey as our SG tandem.

I think Ferry will keep kicking tires rather then spending his main assets on guys like West. He's a nice fit next to Chandler, but not so much next to Shaq and if we're hoping that West/Posey can turn things around - why can't we hope that Z/West do so?

A David West to CLE deal may take a 3rd team, but I just wanted to bring up a deal that has been listed many times before and one in which I'm totally for
