This stuff doesn't matter at all. Unless of course you're concerned with journalists' opinions, the egos of internet posters and the whims of ESPN pundits. Otherwise, the schedule makes no difference. It eventually evens out and you get a more complete picture as you get closer to playoffs time.

And yes, Tony is a closet Celtics fan :wink:

Thanks for the blessing...... As far as me, everyone knows that I say it as I see it, I mean isnt that how its suppose to be. I also want to add that I do enjoy posting on this board as well as a few other boards, for the most part you guys do have a lot of good posters on here that arent blind homers either and I can respect that.
But I still dispise your franchise and all of your teams, and I cant wait to see my Lakers destroy your Cs at any givin chance, but that doesnt mean that I dont respect your franchise or its tradition and its success. Im a basketball fan and my favorite team is the Lakers, has been since I can remember and will be until I stop breathing.

I think it could be an advantage for LA. While most teams are trying to find a rhythm to start the season, some have to struggle on the road while they get their rhythm going, while the Lakers get to hash out the kinks and integrate a new player at home. Then at the end of the season when they play a lot of road games, teams out of the hunt could be tanking. I'm not complaining, just saying it COULD be an advantage, but I don't know.

Of course they don't have the Nets and Knicks in their division.

It doesn't really cap out because having home games early is a benefit, it's almost like having extend pre-season to get all your guys more ready and stronger.

Not really the same could be said about us having a harder schedule come second half of the season which is the harder part of the season when every team is fighting for a playoff spot and you have to consider injuries etc.

But seriously Kefa you act like sharing the same building with the Clippers is a good thing. Laker fans dispise the Clippers and the fact that they are sharing the same building and our glory with us. Come on brah. First paragraph was good. I appreciate having other team's opinions on here, but only when they are rational, which you do normally provide. Even though you are a Lakers fan, you don't just state nonsense about the C's which I appreciate.

Second paragraph, I like where your head is at because if you hate us, our team is doing something right. I'd be more concerned if a Laker fan liked our team :lol:

Honestly I consider hate a very strong word. I dont hate anyone even my worst enemies, but it doesnt mean I dont dispise them or I wont put anything past them as well as having my guards up when Im around them.

Im a Laker fan and your a Celtics fan, our teams and fans history proves how much we care for one and other. WE DONT, but that doesnt mean we dont respect each others franchise for their success and accomplishments. You have to be pretty stupid to hate someone you have never met and over a game. Im not that way.

I care for everyone and respect everyone the same way I want to be respected and cared for, but comes game time or Lakers/Celtics all I want to see is a good game with a little bit of ish talking arguning and some blows and maybe a fight or two. :wink:

You know the OLD SCHOOL Lakers/Cs that made our rivalry great, but after the game Im the guy who'll walk up and buy you a beer and say dont worry theres always next year or the next game. Cooooool.
