Flynn says the triange doesn't fit his game

"It's a system that has shown success with the right players in it," Flynn said. "Michael Jordan and the Bulls won championships with it and the Lakers won championships with it but as far as my game, it's not the right system. It doesn't fit the way I play."

He's speaking the truth. I don't think he's complaining though, he said that he thinks it will make him a better player.

He is too young and he still don't know that he said with other words "or him or me".

I hope Rambis will be compassionate and merciful with him.

No need for a kneejerk reaction. He has said this before. It's not his style, he never says he refuses to play that style, or refuses to adapt. On the contrary, he says this will make him a better player.

I agree, he is only a unexperienced 20 year old player talking with the media, but he had to say ..

"I'm losing my ass for learn the triangle."

i have a feeling he's told this to Rambis more than a few times before he just said this to the media. I really doubt this is news to K-Ram, K-Ram knows all anyways.

If you try hard enough, you might be able to get the circle to fit into the triangle.

It's worth pointing out that his NBA numbers are pretty dang close to his numbers he was putting up at Syracuse last year per 37/minutes. Assists are slightly down and turnovers up, but that would be expected for any rookie point guard.

disagree. With the triangle offense you have a passing post, a finishing big post, and a guard/wing that can slash. It is about filling roles not position.

heck, I run part of it with an 8th grade team.
