Big Al catching his groove

Post#1 » by the_bruce » Wed Dec 9, 2009 12:12 pm

Big Al doesn't seem to be getting much love these days. His season averages are down a bit to 16/8.4, but the past 10 games he's been heating up a bit.

pts/reb/ast/stl/blk
16/10/1.8/1/1.2

Many people seem to be forgeting he wasn't even suppose to be back yet. His expected return date was what late Jan. With recovery and getting back into shape taking up the remainder of the season. He's way ahead of schedule. Has played tons and while he doesn't look 100% he seems to be getting a feel for it again. All while learning a new system.

Yeah, everybody must be trembling. :-?

Mr. Rambis must think about why Al, Love and Gomes did 5 fouls each one of them. TWolves had lost the game because they had 23 free shots and Toronto 48.

22 fouls are a lot of fouls for the team's six best players. :wavefinger:

It's true, Rasheed said so!

Hey, we all have our issues. You can't keep similar names straight, and I type like a (Please Use More Appropriate Word). Sometimes my right hand moves faster than my left and I mix some letters around in my words.

I hate to be a negative nancy, but although is averages have been up the last 10 games, Al's only been shooting at a 44.8% clip. He's also taking 15.6 shots per game over that 10 game stretch to get his 16.1 points.
