Dwight is nowhere NEAR as physically imposing as Shaq was or even still is (arguable on the last). Dwight's intimidating because he's a big leaper and has a big upper body, but he has no base for a Center. I think Pierce has more lower-body strength TBH.

Shaq was built like a wall. Perk's the same way. Dwight is built like an upside-down triangle.

If he actually does this, its weird, but by no means does that make him a douche. Just look at other players who lick their hands in between plays - Nash and Calderon do it. Basketballs already have dirty spit on it already by the time the first quarter is over. Players know this and hopefully realize to protect themselves.
