Wrong. I live in Vic and it snowed more than that last winter. It's actually going to snow here today. That and the NYC connection should lead you to understand that he can handle a chill. The Raps don't even go out side in the winter. In and out of heated garages to heated homes, heated arenas, heated airports and heated planes.
