Should I drop Mario Chalmers for Andre Miller?

Miller is on the waiver on I was considering this move. Miller puts up slightly more points, rebounds and assists than Chalmers who isn't having a great year so far. However, Chalmers gets more steals and Miller can't hit a 3-pointer.
