Kobe is one of the toughest players in the league and he has fought threw injuries in the past. Phil gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him work threw it. Utah in the past plays very tough at home so no shame in this lost. The idea of winning 72 games I think is non-sense but lakers and celtics have been flip flopping as the best team in the league.
I said at the beginning of the year that in order for teams to beat us on most nights, things are going to have to line up for them damn near perfectly. Last night was one of those nights for the Jazz, yeah they beat us on the floor but it took uncontrollable circumstances that favored the Jazz. Bottom line is when the Lakers are completely healthy............everybody is toast period.
Secondly no fan of this board is concerned with the team winning 72, so you might as well miss us with that garbage if you think for one second that we're concerned with it. Phil already killed that notion of that in the preseason by saying it wasn't one of the teams goals. Bottom line is it's probably going to take anywhere from 65-68 wins for overall HCA..........that's all we need and all we're concerned with.
