You would start Rondo over Billups?

I might do Ray for Prince and Hamilton if Ray told Danny he would take MLE money over the summer, but no way am I going to also take on Maxiel and lose Baby AND two future firsts.

This is also one of those weird sets of trade partners where, factoring in team needs, contracts, player ages etc. it's hard to find a deal. Allen for Hamilton/Prince would have been a good trade this summer, talent-wise it's arguably a robbery of the Pistons, but Allen's expiring contract would help Detroit so much, and Hamilton/Prince would help Boston so little (not likely to get the minutes, touches, shots in Boston to earn their salary and clogging our roster and cap as overpaid back-ups) that it only becomes worth doing for Boston if Dumars tosses in Stuckey - which is never going to happen. A Stuckey in the hand is worth two free agent signings in the bush, or however it goes.

Rip Hamilton and Andrei Kirilenko would be the foundation for a good Detroit/Utah swap..
