I'm loving this whole playing teams that are on the 2nd night of a b2b at home thing. Definitely a nice change of pace from the start of the season.

Marko scored big. no kidding!

Hou going through tough schedule, we need to buckle them down from the start. when they are playing hard they are dangerous squad no matter who they are missing. Seems like someone always steps up to fill the gap for them.

Shane will cause some trouble for AA to defend him because of his length. Watch that Scola guy for sure. K-Mart does not worry me on D. Could be high intensity game but who knows!

J.R PLEASE!!!!

T-Mac & Yao: i fell bad for HOU for what they are going through. hopefully things will get better with this team soon.

When are things ever going to get better for them......Yao and McGrady are constantly hurt. Can't strike a spark let alone get a fire going if the 2 stars of your team are never in there.

They ought to send each to a new team in return for a better prospect.

Dare I say it would be scary to have Yao on our team....but then again his bones break too often. Houston would be scary if they could keep those two healthy for a couple seasons in a row...

they're both finished, imho

not many guys come back successfully from microfracture. especially late in a career with a lot of minutes on their bodies, and particularly wing players (think hardaway, houston, mashburn, miles). jason kidd's probably a good example of a success story, but the dude's all smarts & court vision, and even with that he isn't that much of a factor.

yao will be 30 by the time he plays in his next nba game. big men don't play much past 30. big big men are pretty much non-factors. the nba's simply not made for them....too much wear and tear running up and down the court.

T-Mac made his debut tonight, getting 8 minutes. Not sure what to expect with him tomorrow, I'd actually be surprised if he played. Kind of a bizarre situation.

I love Doug Collins in that youtube clip of Fisher rocking Scola. If that was anybody on the Nuggets, he'd be tearing into them for a cheap shot, stupid move in the playoffs, etc. Raving about how tough Fisher is... give me a break.

Hitting someone off guard is not considered tough, it is dirty & coward move

Hate to say it but LAL is like team from another planet compared to other teams /except us/ his year

Tough is what you do after you get hit. Do you play high level defense and make smart decisions, or do you let it get to you?

They rockets are the epitome of team basketball. They hustle, grab rebounds, pass really well, they just do not have a legit all-star anymore, or a strong presence down low. Sucks that Tmac and Yao are both Mr. Glass.

If we can just use our talent effectively and play smart team basketball we should be alright.

I also have to say that i love Adriana Lima. My suggestion :D and that pic is amazing. I wish it was a .gif of her continuing the motion she is half way through.

Only thing that worries me tonight is Brooks. He's just too fast for Billups at this point. Hopefully that means a little more Ty tonight, and should be a Nuggets win.

Ty should get decent mins tonight. AC is not fast enough to cover Brooks, but Ty is.

Melo should attack the rim just about every possession. They don't have shotblockers, and his jumper isn't falling.

Great. Lawson has played really well tonight, Denver needs to finish this thing. Melo needs to keep attacking the basket. Can Nene please dunk the **** ball? Jesus.

Chalk this win up to the refs, they've helped the Nuggz today as much as anything else I hate to admit...

Return to Denver Nuggets
