From Kevin Ding's twitter.

By the way you cannot allow Kobe to have that kind of composure on a game winning shot. You deny him the ball, double him and force someone else to make that shot. Everyone and their mama knew what's going to happen.

I was surprised they didn't give Kobe the and 1 on the buzzer beater... why not?

because your guys only missed enough FT for us to only need a plain 2 point shot to make us the Thomas to your Jade

What is not getting enough play though is the fact that Kobe took four steps without a dribble. I also don't think he should have got continuation. It's tough to be a fan of the NBA. For years I've tried to defend it against football and baseball fans who say its all about the stars, and theres no defense played, they don't call traveling, etc. I honestly am starting to agree with them.

BTW, Ilyasova is not a scrub. He's a really solid player in just about every aspect of the game, besides athleticism. He's got a very high ceiling as he's only 22. He's kinda like a 6'10 Nocioni when he was on the Bulls, at about the fraction of the cost.

ok now kobe traveled lol

It wasn't a winning shot ,but a X-mas present by referees
When you put on that jersey, the name on the front is more important then the name on the back.

Had he drived it in or setup a better play instead of trying to 'seal ' the game so badly bucks might have won in regulation, heh. he would just take random highly contested three pointers early in the shot clock. I was excited anytime the ball was in his hands, good shooter but not a smart ball player.

Thats what Redd does. Thats his game.

Good point. Same could be said about the free throw disparage. The Lakers were taking it to the hole drawing fouls. PJ and the coaches made the point that every player had a height advantage over the Bucks. All the while, the Bucks were a jump shooting team.

Yeah, the Bucks fans can blame the poor refs decisions, but game management and the single coverage Kobe faced at the end of OT cost them the game. Bucks had this game won.

Then it would have been Skiles' job to take Redd out. Ridnour and Jennings could have saved the Bucks with a win.
