Nice interview. Thanks for posting.

Odom thinks Shaq could come back and off the bench. Wow, that would be crazy. Hope Shaq is into a pay cut.

Just curious..If both Brown and Fish are on the Bench whose going to be starting?
But yeah that lineups gonna be helpful to get the 3-peat (hopefully)

I am all for us getting stronger as a team, especially our bench, but I don't think we should bring Shaq back. The reason is that it will take away minutes from Bynum and thus stall his progression as a player. Bynum isn't getting a whole lot of touches or crunch time minutes as it is with Odom and Gasol, his minute and touches will only decrease if Shaq is back in the fold.

Besides, I doubt it will happen anywa, Shaq and paycut just don't go together.

I'm so tempted to make a crude joke about LO going to a barbershop here but I'm mod and it'd be religiously insensitive. So I'll refrain.

He makes a good point about Shaq playing up to coming off the bench. If sh*t continues to fall in Cleveland, playing him in 8-10 minute spurts each half could work.

I could see him using that as a way to earn forgiveness from management/fans.
Thank you, Phil.

Does anyone have a new link to the interview? Its not on the page anymore...

Anyway, Shaq sucks! He's so fat and out-of-shape can't even run, jump or make a shot outside of 2 feet, he has a huge ego, and Kobe would be PISSED if he came back and got rings riding the bench. No way in hell he would ever let management re-sign that grandpa.

Shaq's time is gone. Let it go. He burned his bridge with Buss a long time ago, and no one wants to deal with his childish antics anymore. He is a shell of his former self and honestly, at this point, Mbenga is better.

THats what the MLE is for.

When you are this far into it pay roll and basketball wise you go all in and Buss knows how to bet
