I would do Lopez for Jefferson. But the nets would probably want Love AND another player.

Lopez is a much better player than Rose. Rose is averaging roughly the same PPG while lowering his FG%, APG, RPG, and A/TO. Not a huge sample size, but he is also 1-9 from downtown this year.

There are lots of players you can argue are as good as or better than Rose: Lopez, Gasol, Love, Thompson, Mayo, Gordon, and Westbrook (I feel bad for the rookies who have to play the sophomores).

So is your new name a non-sensical dig at Evan Turner?

Defensively it looks good but offensively they get a lot worse. Let's be honest, when Al is healthy he's basically the only consistent scoring threat on the team, even if he does kind of slow the offence.

I'm confused with all these name changes. Does anybody have an extra media guide they could sell me?

first let me start by saying I'm not a fan of either team I'm a Celtic fan and I have followed Jefferson career since the Cs drafted him. With that being said I think the Nets would be foolish to make a trade like that and I think the Twolves would be smart to make this trade. Seeing how you guys draft went and the way your new GM comes accross I doubt this is something he can pull off.....You don't trade All-Star type Centers and PG in this league unless your going to get back great value. Lopez should be an all-star this season and he is a center will a lot of skill, I wouldn't even trade him for Al Jefferson straight up.

NO player whose team has a record of 2-26 should be an ALL-STAR.
NO team with a winning percentage of under .30 should have an ALL-STAR.

The way the Nets team is build Lopez should average at least 11 rebounds btw.

Lopez may become an All Star center, but Al would probably have been an All Star center already, if he hadn't turned down the option. Al Jefferson was the most likely player to be named to the All Star team last year until he publicly said he didn't want to get in by filling in for an injured player.

Love and Lopez would be a very good tandem - not elite, but better than Al/Love IMO. This would allow us put sole focus on acquiring an elite SG.

Rubio, Sessions
SG??, FLynn
Brewer, Gomes
Love, Hollins
Lopez, Peckovic
Flip response to Love wanting out, "He has no reason to be upset, you're either a part of the problem or a part of the solution"

I see what you're saying, but Flynn is not a SG and Hollins is not a PF........

When did he say that? I don't recall......I remember him getting injured before the break though...

Yeh, I just put the primary names down that would be left.

OK, then let's say Al is "more proven."

I believe he's on Year #4 of 20-11 against NBA competition.

Al does not average 20-11

In fact hes not even close to it, he averages 16.9/9.2

Way to go to inflate your player.

In 2006-09, he averaged 19.85 PPG and 11.02 RPG

In 2009-10 he started slowly because of the injury, but he's up to 18.3 PP and 11.2 RPG. I believe he'll get up to at least these averages .. he's still improving.

Reading is fundamental.
