how's gil's recovery?

by whatever accounts you've seen or heard, will gilbert arenas ever be what he was or was supposed to be? i know there's never really any good reason to put stock in rumors, but i just saw this & got me wondering: http://hoopshype.com/rumors.htm

if gil looks like he's on his way to a full recovery (or close to it), and if the wiz were willing to move him, would a package featuring monta ellis from gs be enough? what kind of fillers would it take if this were a viable starting point?

Hell-yeah, I'd trade Gil for Monta & Bell, I think the math works out. GS would be a good/realistic trading partner for dealing Gilbert. I don't think there will be too-many other takers for that contract.
