Matchup

Trap game for the Thunder here. Charlotte's been playing well, and even though they are horrible on the road (1-12), they aren't a team to take lightly.

I feel like OKC has an advantage at every position. Stephen Jackson, even in his 'good' years, is one of the most overrated chuckers in the league. Just let him shoot contested jump shots all day and even though he'll get 20+ points, he'll take 20+ shots to get there.

Crash is having a crazy season, leading the league in rebounding and playing very good defense. The Bobcats generally keep the game small and want low scoring affairs. It'll be interesting to see how KD does against Wallace.

Tyson Chandler is out with a stress fracture in his foot. Nazr Mohammed is a capable backup, though.

I'd like to see Russ have another good game.

Some Numbers

Our offense is now comfortably rated in the middle third of the league (18th). Defense has slipped a bit to 10th. Our pace on offense has been gradually increasing as well.

A Question

How many games over .500 will we be after this next stretch of 10 games?

I think we go 7-3 in these next 10.

Wow we are certainly lucky we played this way against Charlotte.. I think the defense was really bad they got a ton of open shots outside that they weren't hitting. Russ had a good game, KD forced a bit..

I think we can give the assist to Stephen Graham for this win.

Nice to see us win without the bench giving a great effort and without good games from everyone. Russ and KD carried the team and the offense was just good enough to pull it out..

Above .500 again!

Westbrook has been playing so much better the past few games. We now have a formidable 1 2 at PG and both are really young who can grow with this team. They both compliment each other well also.

Collison was great tonight as well.

Yeah Collison came through with a big night where Ibaka really stank..

Russ has a 4:1 A:TO ratio in the last five and his December A:TO is 2.75:1 which is respectable. He is shooting under 37% for the month, though, but at least he's been showing improvement..

He definately deserves the game ball from the Thunder.

Westbrook is on a nice little run right now lets hope he can keep up this level of play because he has been out of his mind.

Maynor so far has looked pretty solid, nice little pick up by Presti. Ala Thabo.

Nenad plad really well I thought. About as well as I can expect him to. It's rare to see the Thunder with a size advantage up front. Nice to see him capitalize on it.

Which was great because other than altering a few shots Ibaka didn't do much this game.

It's nice to see that Brooks is wise enough to see who is rolling and to feed them minutes.

Ever since Nate this team has had crap for coaches. Nice to see that Brooks is doing a good job.
