lol, no way Jose, Scola might be a inferior player compare to Amare, but he is exactly what we need.

can't Tmac learn a bit from Yao Ming or something?
This guy is 30 and is still so immature.

....What are you talking about? Again, since when did wanting to play basketball be a bad thing?

Learn what from Yao? LOL, Yao's done, he's no longer capable of being a franchise player, I hope that's not the lesson he's trying to learn.

Absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe I'm actually reading this, someone wants the guy dead because he wants his minutes increased to play basketball?

I see you have a Trevor Arzia sig, haha I hope he's proving the haters wrong with his 37% FG and 31% 3PT shooting.

I hate T-Mac so much. Big mouthed lazy eyed bastard! Get the hell out of houston you big mouth. if you want to go back to Orlando so much then adios. You quitter. What a surprise, another franchise cant wait to get rid of this poor excuse for a player. He didnt have half the heart of kobe. he could have been so much more. he is the saddest story in sports history. he gave 100% effort in probably only 8 out of 82 games. oh wait, he usually only played in 8 games a year because his soft ass body is weaker than his heart

This thread shows true fans wit knowledge vs. casual fans with limited knowledge.

I don't blame T-Mac one bit, and this is coming from someone that was irate with him earlier this year.

Looks like The chances of a happy resolution are rapidly decreasing. I really wanted to see McGrady make a comeback here.

If he wants to have his minutes increased then he should show he's worthy and also talk to the coach directly. If that doesn't work he should just shut up, he is getting paid $23,239,561, if he is so unhappy, he should have his agent propose a buyout to the Rockets so he could go to a team that could offer him more PT. Talking to the media only disrupts the team... He is putting his ego in front of the team.

:nonono:

That's just uncalled for. The Tmac hate in this thread is out of control.

This whole Tmac thing is a mess. I don't understand why Adelman just doesn't give him more minutes. 20 minutes per game shouldn't be out of the question. Even if we're intending to trade him we still need to let him play more minutes so other teams can get a good look at him.

Although I'm a big fan of McGrady I have to admit that his actions were pretty immature. You don't just leave the team to attend your son's birthday party because you aren't happy with your playing time.

I think u do not understand what i'm saying. i'm talking about attitude. I used the word "immature"

bballmaniac's words are probably closest to what i'm trying to say in terms of his immaturity.

learn from Yao's attitude with regards to attending to his injuries. Yao may not be able to be a franchise player but his attitude is professional which many by far and large needs to learn.

Maybe Hepemo got it better.

Nothing wrong with wanting to play more. And if Morey said it was ok for him to go home to be with his son as the Rockets finish up this trip...then that's fine...players have done worst.

I think both parties are being immature in this situation. McGrady isn't handling the word "NO" well and the Rockets obviously are trying to phase McGrady out of their lineup without telling him. Just tell him that you are going to trade him and you don't want him to be a part of the team anymore. This is just borderline ridiculous and I have lost quite a bit of respect for both Adelman and Morey.

Just tell him you don't intent to keep him on the team and let him deal with it and just move on instead of playing this stupid game.

I agree with you Iggyemu, the way our organization is handling this is ridiculous, I actually don't believe McGrady is act fault. (Only time since TMac vs Weisbord).

"I don't blame any player for saying I want more, and that's basically what he wants, and right now I'm not sure how to do that." - Adelman
Budinger is out, Ariza is playing like ****, our team is tired, cmon Adelman, quit being a bitch and play who you have.

Do you guys think the way we are treating McGrady will hurt our chances of landing some decent talent or a star this summer?

McGrady in 45 minutes he's played as produced 19 points, 6 assists, 2 blocks, 5 rebounds, on 7-19 shooting, and 1-2 from 3 point mark. I'm sorry, but that's better than the trash that Trevor puts up, before the Nets game he was 3-21 in two games, you can't allow someone so terrible and stupid to take that many shots.

I still don't understand what the problem is with some of you guys, he said he wants to play more, Morey himself stated there's nothing wrong with that, it's a good thing. Rick Adelman says there's nothing wrong with that, he doesn't blame him. Media asks him questions, T-Mac responds politely saying he's going to go with the flow, he's not here to be a distraction or cause any confusion, yet you guys act as if he's been crying like a baby.

What's sad is that he'd fit VERY well with this team, he's showed it with how valuable his passing could be, and how he can actually create his own shots, and create double teams, yet I don't know what the problem is...maybe behind the scenes there's something wrong with Adelman...OR maybe the organization is looking out for what's best for McGrady's health, OR Adelman doesn't think McGrady is ready to play the minutes in a new system that he's adjusting too.

I'd understand if Ariza was playing any sort of semblance to the sport of basketball, but with the disgraceful performances he's put out there, I don't see how hard it would be to find him minutes if that was truly the root cause of all this. The bottom line seems to be Adelman doesn't like, or want to continue further playing McGrady, regardless of the production, or condition he is in.

btw, Ariza is 10-48 from the field, and 3-20 from behind the arc in the last four games. Nobody can even use the development argument either, since this guy is unimaginably playing worse, which at first thought was impossible.
