I attended the game today, got there about an hour before gametime and saw Taylor, Brooks, Andersen and Cook shooting around. JT did a nice dunk, Andersen missed a dunk. Really surprised Cook was out there so early to shoot around even though it was unlikely for him to see floor time. Looking at the boxscore I really didn't notice Ariza shoot the ball much but he ended up with 17 attempts. That's about it :-?

Then I thought "No, that's the old Rockets - this new team is too hard-working and intelligent to let something like that happen". Guess we haven't changed...

EDIT: Looks like we will end up winning. I'm still extremely disappointed by the Rockets performance

One of the reasons for the Rockets success this season is their hunger. They would step up to each challenge and outplay more talented teams with smart, team ball & determination.

Last night the roles were reversed. That Nets team wanted it more. The Rockets are lucky to get out of there with the win. The Rockets have been playing very well this season, but they cannot overlook anyone. Hopefully this game was a wakeup call.

At least they're almost done with the back to back stretch.

How is he a distraction? He stated himself he's not here to be a distraction or cause any confusion.

At least they don't need many wake-up calls. Really though, a "wake up call" game for us is a game where they don't put in effort and almost-or-do lose. This looks to have just been a really bad shooting game, somewhat to be expected given the time of year and ridiculous number of back-to-backs we're on.
