2010-11 Rookie Salary Scale

Does anyone here know how accurate these numbers are or know of a better source? I got this from hoopsworld, but I dont see where they got it from, so it worries me to quote it as accurate? And it was last updated in 2008

With all of this talk of gaining multiple high draft picks it got me thinking how much cap space we would need to sign all these picks.
