Ah...that's true. But still...always worried about injuries in games which don't matter. It's been shown that when players don't go 100%, they're more likely to injure themselves. I'm always worried about that aspect.

Honestly, who thought it would be a good idea to have a flag football game in sand. I remember feeling pretty bad for Edwards, he looked really good as a rookie.

He's the first person I think of when someone mentions Pro Bowl weekend injuries. He looked phenomenal his rookie year, and then blew out his knew in such awful fashion that they almost had to amputate the leg. The Pro Bowl is a joke, always has been, always will be. They should just name 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc All NFC and ALL AFC teams, give the players bonuses, and props, and move on. No one wants to play in that game in the first place.

I don't know how AJ Hawk makes alternate... he was a dead body most of the season...

I would guess just based on the fact that our defense is a top defense they looked at it to pick someone off of it.

I think a lot of people think he's better than he actually is. He was a big name coming out of college and I think people just assume he's a stud even though he's under achieved for the most part.

I just saw Clifton is an alternate. Kind of surprised by that. Especially with how poorly our line was at the beginning of the year and how much the media advertised Rodgers sack numbers.

Although Bryant McKinnie is starting and he was benched by the Queens recently, so I guess the tackles in the NFC aren't all that great.

I hear what you are saying, I just can't imagine how it was determined that Hawk was the guy, this combined with the Matthews snub has really bummed me out...

Yeah, Hawk is still a bigger name outside Packer land than Matthews, but that won't last long, although Hawk has, for the most part, looked very good the last couple of weeks. I hope he can keep it up.
