MSG

Post#1 » by NJ To BK » Sat Dec 26, 2009 4:48 am

I think it might be a little late to say this being that we just got the ok to move to Brookyln...but why not move to manhattan and play at MSG. Do not get me wrong I hate the Knicks but I went with my brother to the Knicks Heat game today and really felt something special inside that arena. I am completely anti- knick and I could care less about the Heat, but the atmosphere in that building today was amazing. If you guys dont think its realistic think about the Clips and Lakers, they get it done pretty nicely there. Dont get me wrong Brooklyn is beautiful, but playing in manhattan is a whole different thing. We would have close to a sell out almost every single game. What do you guys think?

Maybe the feeling was because of St.Nick?

The better question is why would the Knicks want the Nets (or any other team) to move into their arena?

The Knicks would never want that. . . Brooklyn will fill up once we can put a competitive team on the floor. Plus I don't want to play in another teams arena.

Don't forget about the NHL's NY Rangers. They play at MSG too during the Knicks NBA season. There would never be enough time to schedule the Knicks, Nets, Rangers, concerts, St. Johns basketball, other college basketball and all of the other events taking place in the Garden now.

Uh oh, you scared bro? I would be too if my franchise pinned their hopes on the likes of Wilsuck Chandler and Jordan Hill.
