Revenge Game!!

Beautiful Staples Center
Time 6:30 PM, TV FSW

Starters

Last Meeting
Last meeting Dallas handed us our 1st loss of the season pretty handily 94-80 @ Staples Center but we were without Pau & could possibly be without Artest this time but no excuse is good enough. With most of the "elite" teams dropping games like flies we need to create some space by taking care of our own business

Keys To Victory
Feed the bigs early & often. Then don't forget about them late. We have to understand the mismatches they create. Kobe has been playing awesome basketball even with the injury. I don't see any reason why that wont continue.

Go Get Them!!!

Hopefully not, but i'm going to be pretty busy so I didn't want to let you guys down by not having my GT in on time. Maybe the mod's can lock this 1 until after tomorrows game?

Don't know what you mean by saying, "do they let you say whatever you want".All I know is if I say something and I don't flame you for it.......it's alright. Look stu, I'm all for new posters bringing some "attitude" to the board but use it on the haters that will fly in like roaches after wins against the Lakers. I'm just saying it's a protocol to how stuff is run here. On game threads you have a list you can go to and pick what game you want to make a GT for. Didn't mean for that to come off so abrasive, bottom line is I go to bat for all my Laker board brothers and I'll do the same for you when visitors come side ways with you. It's only natural that we'll bump heads here it happens all the time, when it gets outta control the MODS will cut it right then and there. But you good in my book man.

This is a game we need to show up for the entire duration or risk getting torched. They pile on the points once they get into a good lead and its tough to play catch up against these guys like we already got to know earlier this season.

I think they know that they'll get ran out the building playing half ass like they've been doing. I can see if we had a boat load of problems to fix, but all we have to tighten up is on the effort and defense and everything else will fall in line.

They beat us pretty good at our house last time, we better not lose both our home games against them. We badly need to win this game not only to keep our dignity vs them, but to prove that we can actually beat an elite team. The refs also better keep in mind that they did everything they can to screw us as well even though we would have lost had the refs would have been fair.

C'mon man the revenge smack is just a little lite hearted jab to have fun with. Don't tell me you're going to really take that seriously.......are you?

So it's a back to back for the Mavs, and the Lakers ain't exactly knocking out opponents with force so it should make for a interesting game.

Well if you guys played more back to backs, you would know what we mean. I think the last time I saw ya'll on a back to back, the second game was against Crenshaw High. Just kidding, but you have to admit that the scheduling gods were on your side this year. Ya'll have been playing a bunch of busters, especially on the road. I am eager to see what happens when you start playing the good teams on the road.
