Should be soon, it was supposed to be a 6-8 week injury...

Luke is more injury prone than his Dad.
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!

Well I rather have him start at the 3 than Odom. He's a much better fit hands down, by no means am I puttin Odom down in anyway at all. I just like Odom at the Power Forward spot better

yeh the lakers offense is supposed to be a well oiled machine, all the parts working together to get the easiest shot possible. i too would rather have walton start if hes available, even over artest, who id prefer to play a ginobli role; if anything, id have luke in just to set the tone to run the triangle right...

has anyone noticed our fast break pts have pretty much trailed off? last season every time we had a turnover, we'd be sprinting to the other end to beat our man to good position and earning easy points... we need to get back to having our offense trigger off multiple turnover sequences and start offensive runs like we used to.

that said, its just the middle of the season. we dont want to end up over-exerting ourselves mentally this early in the campaign, and its entirely possible the lakers are just "taking their foot off the pedal" just so they can conserve gas for the finals

Luke has high IQ. He'll get Farmar and Shannon more involved. maybe Sasha too.

Already missed 2 months and really no reports or updates on his progress...hopefully its not worse than they first thought.
Thank you, Phil.

If Luke had to give back money or not get paid for being on the IR, I bet he would be back soon as he could. I would love to be injured and still get paided. Of course that is a joke.

Could be cleared on Monday... I don't care what all the haters say, Luke is a positive on the floor with a bunch of talented scorers. Can't wait until he's healthy, it will mean Morrison will be on the move

I love the way he gets the ball moving around the floor. Also having Walton on the floor with Odom, Gasol or Bynum, Farmar, Brown or Vujacic will have that second unit running the way it was last year.
