hi all i am wondering how much can Yi jian lian bench press, he seems pretty strong,, cuz i think he has strong and big bones,, i compared him and dwight howard in a photo, his wrist bone is like 1.5 times bigger than howard's . u know a strong and big frame with muscle is stronger than the same amount of muscle but smaller bones person. So I think yi jian lian has great potential if he adds some muscles on thoes big bones he got and big hands. I just wondering how mcuh can he bench press right now? any1 know ? :lol:
