Star of the Game 1/4 VS Trailblazers

Clippers came out in the 2nd half and took control of this game. The bench finally stepped up after a stretch of playing sub-par basketball. The Clips collect win number 15 and are within 3 games of .500.

It's a tough pick between Gordon and Kaman but Gordon's shooting opened it up for Chris down low. EJ is my pick.

I went with the Cambyman. It was between him and Gordon for me. Camby did not lead the team in +/- for no reason. He hit the boards as usual, but he also denied opposing scoring opportunities, forced turnovers and set up his teammates. Sometimes it's hard to give it to Camby, since you pretty much expect him to get 13+ rebounds night in and night out; but the guy does all of the little things that we need. He says he wants to be here next year, and I'm totally for it if we can afford to keep him while also upgrading wing positions.

Having EJ display such a great ability to secure the foundation of the win by performing so wonderfully well in the second half is beyond admirable --- in many games, he would have got my vote for this.
But Camby did everything you can do out there, in multiples, and in my view, this game's star goes his way.

This is a really tough one. EJ put on a show in the third to keep us in there and Butler put the nails in the coffin to solidify the win.

Not to mention, because EJ got into foul trouble, Ricky Davis got in there, added 10 points of his own, and help keep Roy to 6 points. Excellent all around effort from everyone.

I gave Camby the slight edge over EJ. I love how EJ played, but Camby did a lot of the little things needed to get the win, along with dominating the boards like usual.
