F Yi Jianlian has been back for four games since sitting out with a sprained knee and then a 50-stitch gash in his lip and mouth. In those four games, he has scored 22, 17, 29 and 22 points. He said being out and watching really helped.

“When I was sitting at home every night, I watched the game and I’d think about the games I played before. Some were good. Some were bad,” Yi said. “I’d think about how I can do better, come back and change my game.”

Obviously, something has clicked. Yi scored 22 against the Knicks Wednesday.
