Strengths:

FG% (I'm scared Ariza will worsen this)

I dont think the trade makes you better. I wouldnt recommend it.

Really bad for you.

Ariza sucks, HOU will get another wingman for T-Mac. Udrih is about to lose major minutes to Garcia and K.Mart. Mayo's a great FT shooter by the way, much better than Ariza. no don't do it.

Ariza doesn't suck. His 3PTM and SPG are baller. He just can't shoot at all.

I think it's pretty obvious that I should easily go through with this deal, but need some assurance.
