GT: Pistons (11-22) @ Spurs (20-12)

Post#1 » by Nolan » Wed Jan 6, 2010 6:39 pm

Starting Lineups:

Pistons:
PG: Rodney Stuckey
SG: Richard Hamilton
SF: Tayshaun Prince
PF: Jonas Jerebko
C: Ben Wallace

Spurs:
PG: Tony Parker
SG: Keith Bogans
SF: Richard Jefferson
PF: Tim Duncan
C: DeJuan Blair

Pistons have lost 10 straight coming into this one so let's make it 11. We've won 6 out of our last 7 at home and we've won those games by an average of 16 points so lets hope the trend continues tonight.

Injuries

Stuckey and Bynum are listed as day-to-day for the Pistons and for once it seems that we are healthy.

Go Spurs!

RJ rounding into form finally. Great to see Blair inserted into the starting lineup.

And it seems like Manu is starting to come around too.

Yeah, now we just need TP to heat up a bit. I think Mason should be starting over Bogans though.

I kinda like Mason off the bench and I think Bogans is a better fit in the starting lineup with Parker, Duncan and RJ.

Solid win tonight. Parker, despite his slow start was excellent and so was RJ. Our was great tonight too.

Defensively, we're better off with Bogans starting and yeah - I guess Mason's scoring off the bench has value.

Great win. Rip's still a hell of a player.

No doubt, best mid range shooter in the game.

Nice win here over a talented, decent team that usually has played us well

Not anymore, unfortunately. I used to look forward to games vs the Pistons, but they are a shadow of their former selves these days. They've now lost 11 in a row.

Great win...Nice to see our offense rolling at home once again..Let's just hope we can do the same against a relatively good team in the Mavs tonight..

Great job playing 48 mins and closing out the game. Being able to keep Duncan and some the other vet's mins down will be very beneficial in the playoffs. Big game tmw with Dallas. We gotta stomp them in the mud.

Return to San Antonio Spurs
