I thought your greatest accomplishment was convincing us you didn't exist -- at least that's something I think I heard from Kevin Spacey once?

As for SMills, I always liked the guy, and deserves a bit of a eulogy.

I don't think he was malicious, and he always took most homer insults in stride, and went right back up with another trade. He kept swinging.

He may have the RealGM record for the most unbalanced trades ever created, so he's got historical cred for that, I guess.

I realized last month though that in any three-team trade he made, if you took out the Kings, you usually had a pretty fair deal. He was fair in ripping the two other teams off equally?

It may have just been a sign of his own personal apocalypse, because Sunday he made a trade proposal that I thought was a good one:

Kings deal:
Andres Nocioni*
Kenny Thomas(expiring)**
Sean May**

Hornets deal:
Emeka Okafor*
Morris Peterson**
Darius Songaila**

Why for the Kings - They take Okafor as their 'free agent' signing, without taking on the full additional 50 million due to Okafor.

Why for the Hornets - They get under the lux tax now and save a lot of money over the course of all the deals. Both Thomas and Nocioni.
