OT: How do you get autographs after a Nets game?

My friend is a huge Arenas fan and wants his jersey signed at the next Wizards game at the Izod center... Is there a place you have to go/wait?

I thought this was going to be for Nets players.
I really don't know the answer to this.
Then again, maybe Arenas will be a Net soon enough. :)

I talked to a guy before who said he tried to get to the games early when teams were shooting around when he wanted an autograph :=/... If you make this thread on the NetsDaily forums someone can probably help you out I've never been a big autograph guy.

Yeah, I've never gotten an autograph, I simply have no interest in them, but this is an intersting question. I'm sure, like Netsforce said, Netsdaily can answer this.

When I was a kid, I'd get their mad early....like right when they basically allowed fans to enter the stadium. During the shoot around, now I'm talking about in the late 80's to mid-90's so their rules may have changed, but security would basically let you walk down to the front row. Hang out by the rail where the players come in and out and try to catch them there. I got a ton over the years. Some good (LJ/Reggie/Bobby Sura (he's not good, but I love Bobby Sura)) and some bad (Vitale Potapenko and Shawn Bradley), but nonetheless, they'd sign for you if you weren't a dick. Maybe bring a kid with you lol cause they'll more likely stop then.

Earlier the better walk down as far as you go, specificially where that team enters and exits the arena...you can still get it done this way...

as far as Arenas...what a goof ball...his ignorance will go down as top 5 professional dumb ass in any sport...

you have no right to talk about getting bad autographs. in like 93 or 94 when larry johnson was still on charlotte i went to the nets hornets game super early. i got to go all the way down behind the player benches and lj was at center court stretching. i was holding my lj rookie card and trying to call him over. then matt geiger who was sitting on the bench like two seats from me grabs the card and signs it. i was like 7 or 8 so i didnt say anything. but i was pissed. i still have the card though. ill sell it to any matt geiger fans for a fair price!

^^^^^ What's funny about is to get the bigger named players, I'd just yelling "You're my idol" when they walked passed and they'd sign what I had then snubbed everyone else lol. What's even funnier is when I did that for LJ he looked at me like "If this kid really knew me, he'd know I'm no role model." Like 8 months later is when the SI article came out about him having like 7 kids with 7 different women lol.

I thought this was the set-up to a joke (it probably is...). I'm gonna work on a "Top 10 Punchlines" to this thread title!

Well it doesn't matter now. But I have gotten Gil before at the Izod. Before u can go and try and get down by the railing but without a VIP card its tough. AFter the game u can go wait in section 114 where visitng family goes. U need a pass so you have to lay low if you don't have one. You maybe able to make it by if you lay low, otherwise they will kick you out!
