Going into this game i really didnt care who won, but now I'm just cheering for Gilbert. Poor guy.

This has to be the least competitive championship game I've ever seen. I'm not sure Texas will be able to score at all in the 2nd half. I could easily see this thing getting embarrassingly out of hand, like 48-6.

A good friend of mine and i like to gamble and we've bet 10 to 20 bucks on a number of the bowl games so we have a team to cheer for while watching. We include the spread only if a team is more than a 3 point favorite. Well, i've had great luck in winning every single game bowl game we've bet on so far even though i've been letting him pick who he wants lately, my buddy right now owes me 80 bucks and i'll see him tomorrow. So he wanted to bet on tonights game, but i hate Texas and said i'll only bet if i can have Alabama. Instead of giving points, i bet him 20 to 30. He gets 30 if Texas won, i get 20 if Bama won to make it an even 100 he'd owe me tomorrow.

After McCoy got hurt right away, the phone rings. It's my buddy who proceeds to just say, you suck and then hangs up.
