Definitely have to take advantage of the lesser teams, though everyone gets a chance at wb's team at least once, with Sabonis and Nostradamus having him twice.

When Nate Robinson wasn't on my roster, he plays with 18 for 24 FGs. When I pick him up, he starts chucking bad enough to cause me to lose FG% (I lost it by .002) Unbelievable.

Crucial win for Woody Allen, dogged by injuries and he won't be able to make a move shortly. Granger has been the the biggest casualty so far, and means a lot to him. Luther Head got him through this week. As for Gokce, his experiment don't look like it's working quite so well, at least at the moment.
.

On the contrary,it is the experiment that still keeps my team floating. I went against a mid-table team without my best two players (Billups-Kevin Martin) and lost 5-4 (by 2 3's and 1 block) . Granted Martin is on IL but Billups has been on my roster entire week, occupying a valuable roster spot since his status is day to day and was not expected to miss that much time to begin with.

jfrost has been on fire this week, and I am lucky I am still in the hunt. No Arenas is almost a bad thing for me given his negative impact on TO and FG%.

Good battle between me and Sly in a battle of potential playoff teams.

I still don't have a great read on my team. I have a good record, and my points and blocks are tops in the league, but I feel like I need to shore up some other areas.

Yes and No
Too much poker and I dont really need to talk I´m on 1st place.
But I would like to leave here some thoughts

1º If I´m NOT dominant who is the dominant one? bww 5 games BEHIND? YS 7 games BEHIND? sabonis 9 games BEHIND?

2º Last season everybody acuse me to add/droop this season nobody talks about the 51moves of woody? funny

3º My Last word goes to WB. Its always funny to see you trash talk in the begging. bad picks bad trades my question is do you think you really know something about fantasy bball?

you might not like me but this is my 3rd year here and always I got into playoffs and I think year after year I get better. I guess this is going to have +20 pag again.

yours trully

What is it you're looking for Fran? Some sort of validation? What are you missing at home that drives your need for validation from a bunch of anonymous fantasy basketball players you've never met?

Woody Allen has made so many moves because his team has been hurt by injuries. He also knows that he only has so many moves left, and so he will have to be strategic.

You should be beating me like a red headed stepchild, but here we are after Thursday's games and I'm actually still leading... I'm lost for words

It's a long season. It all depends on how you look at the results. There are 10 teams over .500 right now (including yours) and of the 10 weeks we've played, you've played 5 of them going 3-2 (22-22-1 in categories). 3 of your wins were against 3 of the 4 bottom teams, going 22-4-1. So we know your team is good against the bad teams. Playoffs will be tough.

good point

But in all my 2 defeats I had 2 guys out ( duncan + gordon agaisnt sly and gordon + L.williams againt the other guy ).

The most important thing is to reach the playoffs and if I get a bye in the 1st round like in the 2 past seasons ( well but I only played 2 seasons 8-) ) I will reach top 4 after that its anybody game. Inj / players resting who knows!!!

like you said agaisnt bad team my team is dominant others aren´t. guess why? maybe because their teams are maybe not so strong. Right now I´m 1st. I was TOP 2 in regular season last 2 years so you can call luck, steaming, but when it comes to pick players, make trades I´m in the top 6 in this league because nobody is so consistent imho. But the most important thing is to win and I didn´t win one yet at least in this League. I will sooner or latter.

But it was a fair point like always coming from you ham!
Gl in your next matches.

I've had a brutal time this season grabbing decent players off waivers. Every time I think I have a guy who can stick, like a Toney Douglas, he gets benched.

Welcome to the roster Carlos Arroyo and Wayne Ellington. Prepare for your recent streak of performance to end in a benching.

Aaaaand 5 days later and Carlos Arroyo's minutes drop to zero. How long can Ellington go?

After I posted about fran's team, I checked my own record. 22-22-1 (going 2-3) against +.500 teams. And in playing 3 of the bottom 4, going 18-6-3. Unfortunately for me, it looks like I'll be without AR for a while. It seems like everyone's had injury problems though. I know I haven't had a 100% healthy team this year.
