Agreed - that's how I saw it as well. I know I've been in groups where someone has told an "inappropriate" joke and I've given the nervous/sideways laugh. I certainly didn't mean to imply agreement or endorsement of the joke, and that would be how I would see Jamison in this picture. He's not even looking at Gil...
But of course, that's why judging intent from a still picture is a stretch to say the least.
