Without Welker, I really think my Ravens have a shot. We came damn close to winning the game in the earlier stages of this season, back when NE was healthy. If Clayton didn't drop that perfect pass from Flacco on 4th down, we probably would have scored and captured the win.

Wasn't welker out that game? Or did he come back by then? I can't remember.

Anyway, even though we beat you the first time, and the last few times, it hasn't been easy. You guys always bring it. I was much rather wanting to play the jets.

Patriots are a all over the map kind of team. First game of the season indicated we'd be seeing a slow out of the gate, but strong finish type of team. The next couple weeks we didn't know what was going on, solid wins against Balt and ATL, but didn't look too dominant. Then we made bad teams like Tenn and Tampa look bad. After that came the whole, they can't finish games play, where we would go strong outta the gate but finish crappy and lose. Then that saints game... :( . Finally when we looked like we were gonna go on a string of good wins, we just beat jacksonville and looked good too, we lose welker and the strangest game I've seen play this year happens. We kept switching Brady and hoyer and the defense was doing good then crapped out, and edelman showed types of wes like flashes, then would drop a pass. What I'm trying to say is, I really have no clue how well this team is gonna do. But knowing they have the resources to go on a run and as a homer, I'm picking them for the SB.

[/patriots end of season rant]

Jets versus Bengals
I pick the Jets. I feel bad for the bengals, too much tragedy really set them back it seems like. If it wasn't for the young QB, I really think we could see the Jets go as far as the AFC championship game. They have a great D, and great running attack.

Ravens versus Patriots.
I pick the Pats.

Eagles versus Cowboys
I pick the cowboys. changed my mind. Toughest game to pick.

Packers versus Cardinals
I pick the Packers. Gonna be a tough on for them. but they are a pretty good team, and can go on the road and win a playoff game against Arizona without the need to sweat about it.

There are my picks.

All of them are probably wrong :-?

Here are my predictions:

Jets over Bengals: Quite obvious since I'm a Jets fan.

Ravens over Patriots: Reason 1 - I hate the Pats :D. Reason 2- I think the Ravens rushing attack is good enough to do well against the Pats D, and with the Pats' needed help in the secondary and Flacco's big arm, I just don't see the Pats D holding up. Reason 3: Wes Welker, key for the Pats O, although Edelman has to be asked to fill in some big shoes could be tough for him.

However, I will say this, this is too close to call, as the Patriots do have Belichick.

Cowboys over Eagles: One word. MOMENTUM. The only reason why I see the Cowboys pulling this one is mainly because morale is probably at an all time high in Cowboys stadium, and they are playing well together as a unit, not like the last couple of years (mainly because of TO IMO).

Packers over Cardinals: Unless the Cardinals D start playing like they did last year in the play-offs, Aaron Rodgers will walk into the end zone every time. Plus, I like the Packers D against the Warner co.

Can anyone tell me what happened to the Jets' punter? Jay Feely is assuming both punting and kicking duties...and doing a damn good job despite obvious leg fatigue and cold weather.

Carson Palmer just threw an interception to Darrelle Revis; he looks pretty bad today. Field position will determine the winner, and the Jets are winning that battle despite the kicking game.
