same here.. I know CJ shows mini kobe signs of talent but man I don't care much for CJ or brewer...BUUUT I will say Brewer came through shooting and rebounding at the end of that game.

I still think Wes should start... anyway tough loss, and today will be ugly.

Boozer needs to foul like he did last night more often. Make the guards think about going into boozers house. Make them earn it. That foul was the only thing positive about last nights fourth quarter, IMO

Welcome to the NBA in 2010, where any time a little guard falls hard to the floor after getting himself in the air and off-balance the fans whine for a flagrant foul.

Bat wrote:It was funny to hear people on the radio all over Utah talk about how much better the Jazz are when Deron doesn't play and how much better the ball moves etc.

Then everyone realizes that Deron is the only player who can create a shot on the team and opens up everything for everyone else and he's a saint again.

As funny as it might be, the basketball moved better. Comfortable win @PHI, just barely lost @LebronJames, lost in the last seconds @MEM (a hot team). That's just a fact.

Jazz already played 36 games. About a third of them Williams played All-Star or darn very good basketball; about two thirds of them he played acceptable/average/below average/bad.

Now... that's not to say Wiliams is kind of expendable; right now that would be much more ludicrous than funny.

Williams is clearly part of the solution to the Jazz basketball problems. The thing is that may be he's not the basketball god/superhyperstar many of us used to think. This season Deron's game has not been anything close to a bright spot. But I firmly believe he's in a slump just because he's not getting much help around and it frustrates him. I mean... dude's probably has figured out the same that most Jazz related human beings: this roster is flawed enough to ruin any real chance.
