Carter is scheduled to have an MRI tomorrow. Hes listed as day-to-day, but I would assume is doubtful for tonight!

Carter missing tonight's game should be huge for Atlanta. Hopefully the guys will come in with great intensity and focus knowing that the lead in the SE division is up for grabs. And back-to-back wins on successive nights over two of the East's "elite" would be nice.

If it's anytime to get them it's now. the Magic are playing like they don't recognize their left from their right. Let's not help them out.

Magic without Carter I feel are still better. If Dwight comes to play they can still win.

This will be a huge game, but I have a bad feeling. If we win this one, we are switching places with the Magic. That would be awesome.

Go Hawks!

I can't shake the feeling that if Carter is out that Redick will have a career night against us.

You may like that!

Hopefully Duke beats Georgia Tech today, so you won't have to support J.J. Redick.

^^^ Oh, I'm not supporting him today. It's all about the Hawks. It just seems when face a backup we should dominate, we let them go wild. As much as I love Blue Devils, Redick is someone our D should stifle.

I think the Magic will play better without Carter in my opinion. He's been hurting team chemistry and been a ball hog. Should be an interesting game tonight in cold Orlando lol.

When we sucked we always played respectable against Orlando. Now that we are respectable Orlando really makes us look like we suck.

It is pretty funny how the other guy said when Atlanta sucked you always beat the Magic, but now that you're good, we always beat you.

^^^ We didn't always beat them, but we always played them tough. Outside of the 1st game last year it seems like the Magic have blown us out badly.

I vaguely remember giving them a hell of game in the first game of the home and home. That was the game Bibby missed that wide open layup and it lead to a lost. I also vaguely remember that if that bucket had gone in we could and should of won. Dont quote me

^^^ We were actually down 20+ in that game, only for Bibby to miss that wide open lay up in the final minute that would have pulled us within one.

Anyways, real rough one tonight. We really looked like the Hawks of seasons past with these last two road games. No confidence whatsoever on either side of the floor and it showed. I'm still confident we can get things back together. I'd expect a much better effort in Boston on Monday.

Return to Atlanta Hawks
