Delmas had 130 INT yards.. which is 20 more then Nick Collins even though he had 4 more INT's. That just shows that Delmas is a bigger play maker.

Despite this being some of the worst logic ever, 101 of those yards came on 1 INT.

I wouldnt be arguing that INT yards are that important, BUT the team you are on should not impact being selected. Its not Delmas' fault he plays for us. what does Daunte throwing picks, or the D-line not getting pressure, have to do with Delmas making plays?

It shouldn't be a key factor, but it should hold some weight. Tackles for example. If you have a defense worth anything, your DLinemen and LBs are making most of your tackles. This isn't saying that Delmas should be penalized for making tackles, it's saying that Collins shouldn't be penalized for having fewer than Delmas.

The point is... Delmas' was the bigger playmaker this year. AND INT yards are an official stat for a reason. And that's just one of MANY statistical categories that Louis beats Nick Collins in.
