Here's a different, longer article that does a better job of pooping on the Yahoo report:
http://nba.fanhouse.com/2010/01/11/jeff ... to-happen/

"I have not offered Al to anybody,'' Kahn told the Minnesota paper, calling the Yahoo! report a "total fabrication.'' "As I've stated before, my preference is to go through the season and continue to evaluate the team before we do anything dramatic.''

But that wasn't news to Jefferson. He said he had a meeting with his agent, Jeff Schwartz, in Minneapolis last Wednesday after Schwartz had talked with Kahn.

"My agent came into town and I talked to him Wednesday night, and (Schwartz) said there wasn't nothing to worry about and that nothing is going to happen,'' Jefferson said in an interview with FanHouse after Monday's shootaround in Denver, where the Timberwolves were preparing to face the Nuggets. "He said he didn't think (Kahn) was going to make any moves. So when I heard (about the Yahoo!) report (Sunday) night, in case David Kahn is a big liar, I trust him and believe him. So that's why I wasn't worried.'

There more in the article about the supposed jealousy and all that hubbub.

Do you think if Kahn calls other teams they say things like "He will never get any better than he is today" "He is injury prone" "We could have got Z-Bo from the Knicks for nothing a few years ago" ?? They know how good Al is. They know he came back early from an injury.

Good find. Of course they could be lying but I;m not about to call of those guys liars. I wonder where the first article came fr0m however. If it is just made up BS that's pretty jacked up.

Well, Kingly implied that Kahn is now lying. Because of Kingly's relationship with Big Al, I'm guessing if Kingly believes that then Al also believes that. I wonder what that'll do to team chemistry.

I think that Kingly is lying about Kahn lying. Which of course means that Al isn't lying because if Kingly is lying then Kahn is not lying which means Al has no reason to think Kahn is lying. Of course I could stretching the truth here.
