This is what you get when you don't hire a coach until after the draft ... not that we had the choice, but it really sucks to have wasted picks on Flynn and Rubio (who may never come). Kahn's ego took over and he made some changes that were not made for the right reasons.

It was bad timing, but it is the job of the coach to create a system that maximizes the talents of the team he has.

That used to be the case ... seems the NBA coaches now choose to trade for players they think fit their scheme (except in MN).

Curry is a good scoring pg who can play ina structured offence. I think a good option also (and probably wouldnt cost too much to acquire) is Pat Mills from Portland. He was similar statistically to Curry in college, can hit the 3, and is super fast. ANd he was drafted 55th.
