With the way the NBA is now played Pekovic can't play power forward. Imagine watching him try to chase the Rashard Lewis' around the perimeter.

Yuck.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

No, what you said can be boiled down to, "If Dwight Howard was less athletic he would be less effective". When you're at a restaurant, do you routinely smugly inform the diners that if they were less hungry they wouldn't be eating?

being from Serbia I can tell you

i've seen kid play a bunch of times in person

He's gonna be a very solid backup center

he's in no way shape or form a 4

In europe, he uses his strenght and power to bulldoze his way to rim....

I expect him to be a Craig Smith with post game....

whatever that's worth...

just honest opinion...

He's been improving rapidly....So you never know...

I dont think Shaq or Dwight or Glen Davis or Leon Powe would ever guard Lewis...

I dont see the point...

What? Why did you mention Shaq and Howard when I was talking about power forwards? My point was he wouldn't be able to guard the perimeter so he's going to be better off playing centre. See the point now?

The Montenegrin player would be a fitting replacement for Al Jefferson, who the Minnesota officials aim to sell on to Indiana Pacers.

I sure hope Kahn is not thinking about replacing Jefferson with Pekovic. He's a good player but he's not on the level of Jefferson.

i dont think kahn views hi as Al's replacement. I think he views him as a very good back-up off the bench who can give them 25-28 mins a game and backup the PF/C spot.

WTF? He better not be on the Wolves next season.
