what did I miss. That's my soliloquy thread, I don't know if I'm ready to stop being the only voice. I can be a megalomaniac and nobody talks trash back :D

Hi fellow Lakers fans!

I didn't know if I had to create a new thread, 'cause I'm coming here for advice!
I'm going to LA for the first time, and I'm gonna watch my first Lakers game , on February the 18th. The Celtics game. Just writing those words makes me over-excited... YAY!
Anyways, I'm looking for tips about the city (places to see, to stay, to eat at,...), about the game (time to arrive, what to do before,...) and anything that would make my trip/stay in LA as awesome as I hope it will be!
I'm probably gonna be there from the 18th 'til the 20th or 21st.

Thanks in advance!!!

You know how to find me but I doubt any of those guys will respond now, unless they somehow show up on RealGm.

Would be nice to have a facebook community but it'd be creepy if Star24 writes on my wall.

You know what's so badass about this? It's totally true in many regards, but I met Tony at my gig where I'm in my element. Tony I'm guessing would be on a few peoples I hope I never actually have to meet them in person list based on his opinionated posts.

Anyhow- Tony had to treasure hunt his way to a gig in the serious hills of SB where show cars do not normally trek. But he was there in his serious serious show car (no wonder-I know a few of you use him as a nice car resource for any problems) but he walks up straight off a song we have a beer and I'll tell you what: 1-I like Tony especially after meeting him. 2-when he left I kept getting asked if he was my gangster financier. hahah. awesome.

Moral of the story is this: It's super raw in our expanding cyber world right now. There's guys like Tony who can you stoke you out, others who you could need a restraining order against or worse. Bad peeps out there for sure, though, but it's a big wide world out there. You can expand horizons in an instant or taint your good thing for good.

I had the pleasure to watch a Laker game with TonyMontana at a bar a few years back. I can attest he's a great guy.

On another note, this is a rare occassion when you see a mod getting his thread locked.

although it has happened to me before (many times i might add  ), this time the yoke is on you my friend. I locked my own thread. somebody posted that there was another thread about the same thing and i looked it up. it was 9 pages long and it was locked so I assumed that there were to many racial jokes so I looked my own thread.

hey dcash tonight is a good night for black chicken.
