Some wolves fans want Foye in the traingle.

Just curious, why do you think he will fit in well with this system? What kind of numbers do you see him putting up?

Put him next to an Evan Turner and he wouldn't be half bad. He just needs a SG that can handle the ball, pass, and cover up his shoddy defense.

I don't think the wiz would be interested in handing him back so soon. At least not cheaply.

The last 8 years I've been watching both Lakers and Wolves games and I've always said Foye would be the perfect point guard for the Lakers triangle. Shooting, defense, and transition play is all you need.

I think Rubio and Foye could work, plus it means Kahn just got Rubio for pretty much nothing. I don't see Foye being traded any time soon because his value can only go up.

Foye's gonna get plenty of burn now with Gilbert's shenanigans. It will bum me out if he turns out to be a stud after all.

He can shoot with range and bring the ball up the court. I could see him putting up 18-4-4 on solid percentages.

Yeah, the Gil thing was the best thing that could have happened to Foye.

My hunch is that he'll probably be out for the year but I don't see Gil getting his contract voided.
With that, I'm not sure how Foye fits into the Wizards long term plans with Arenas still around.

He could be good, as long as he'd finally understand he needs to shoot more and layup-get blocked less.

He's been doing pretty good since he entered the starting lineup.

We should sign him to a cheap contract in the offseason but we never will.

With the year they've been having I'm not sure anybody would be keen to head back there. Besides that there's also the fact that if they can't void Arenas contract or move Butler/Jamison (I know it probably will happen, but assuming it doesn't) they'd still pretty much have their backs against the wall with the luxury tax.

Talking about Foye again, if Sessions is traded to move up in the draft does anyone think the FO might look into signing him? He's probably not going to be a highly coveted free agent and has already got some roots here.

You don't need consistency? You guys do remember Foye, right?

no thanks, Foye is too streaky. Sessions could probably put up better numbers with consistent minutes

**I know I am on break, but this thread was too good.

How can a player that is not smart enough to run a p/r supposed to understand the triangle?

If Shannon Brown can do it and excel at it, believe me, so can Randy Foye. It's not at all that hard if it suits your strengths.
