I like that trade. It simplifies our wing rotation and gives us more size down low.

Maybe a better trade would be, and I am not really sure if it would work but...

Jazz send Miles and Trade Exception from Harpring deal

New Jersey sends Keyon Dooling and Josh Boone

Why?

Jazz get a legit back up C, and a back up PG who they showed interest in before he signed with New Jersey.

New Jersey saves even more money for a team that is absolutely awful and has no need to be spending any extra money on anyone. Also, they just signed Rafer Alston so they have no need for Dooling as a back up PG.

Jazz would have to take on additional salary however.

And Toledo, how many times do I have to tell you that it's Paul Westphal, and not Paul Westpaul. No parent is dumb enough to name their kid Paul Westpaul.

"Admit it I was right at the beggining and now the Jazz are paying for it. The Jazz goal is to save money and make the playoffs. My goal was to have the Jazz win a championship!!!.

My lineup after the above trade:

PG Williams Price
SG Miles Brewer
C Dalambert Memo Fess Kosta
PF Ak-47 Millsap Memo
SF Iggy Brewer Millsap

Fire SLoan and get a coach that runs a fast break system similar to phoenix. It would be a very interesting team!!!!"

Seriously? Stupid statements here. First off its quite obvious you dont have what it takes to be a GM, just assuming that whatever you want will happen. BTW, how is it living in the enchanted forest with all those pixies and unicorns? You can't just want a trade and make it happen? Why in the hell would the Sixers take Boozer and give a valuable asset in Igudola away when Boozer is just gonna walk at the end of the year cuz they wont resign him having Brand already in place for a ridiculous contract. You have to look at it logically from both sides and not just your wishful thinking side.

And beyond that you said IF you were GM you would win a championship cuz of all your moves. Well firing Sloan may work out but why go to the fast-break system like Phoenix? Have they won a championship playing that style? Gotten any closer than the Jazz playing that way? How about NYK? Are they the style that wins in the long run? Look at the teams that have won recently . . . LA, not a fast break team. Boston, not one AT ALL! San Antonio, never to be confused with up tempo. Miami, had Shaq aka no running.

Leave the claiming to be a great GM to others.

Oh and P.S. Why the hell is CJ still in the starting line-up if you are such a crack-whip at all this stuff? Dude sucks!

Igoudala is owed almost $60M over the next 4 years (beyond the current season). At this point Philly is in luxury tax land for next year. That's pretty harsh for a lottery team. Philly will try to make some moves to dump salary that don't involve Igoudala, but they may not have any other option.

If I'm Philly I'd do this deal in a heartbeat. They clear $25M off the books next year and get a second top 10 pick to pair with their own.

The real question is why the Jazz would do this.
