as this post is still going on here's an update ( IMO) on Glenn. I thought he played much better against the Hawks especially as the game went on. He still got stuffed and he still can't elevate ( and yes, I think at least some of that has to do with his weight) but he hit the boards pretty well and his offense started to come back. With Sheed and KG out for a while we definitely need Glenn to step up. Also, let me correct the typo in my original post: I meant to say " has no lift" instead of "has not lift".Y'all got the drift anyhow but it's been bugging me.

KG says hi.

In that regard he said bye last February...but I guess 2007 KG is more recent than Moiso. And even then, I don't think he's been quite the high flyer he was in Sota

^^^Yeah go draft a "leaper" and you get a Chris Wilcox or something. It's a trade off unless the guy is at the top of the draft. its unskilled and athletic vs. skilled and undersized (or unathletic). Both guys can work out for you..sometimes the "raw" player learns to play better. Othertimes the skilled guy can play really well (Zach Randolph)..

Teams are going to be ALOT less stupid now. With the age rules NBA GMs will make alot less mistakes as they don't have to take a gamble on guys who they haven't seen play against real competition. Probably the way to get a high pick is to give up and start dumping our vets. I can tell you I don't think Danny is ready for that plan. :P

We will make a run at a championship this year provided they are not yanking our chain again about KG..

Not surprised at the horrificness of Baby's play. He hurt his thumb, his rehab included playing video games, and he comes back out of shape, gee what a shocker. And even if he was in shape, the guy has NO LIFT!!!!

He's a serviceable 8th man at this point...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

13 points in only 18 minutes vs the Nets. More offensive rebounds than the Nets entire starting 5. Can you focus on anything positive?

Not with BBD 8-) Although I did like his play last year against the Bulls in the playoffs...

But honestly, I feel like he's been given too much leeway with the rehab and getting in shape...I just don't think he takes it seriously, the way Rondo and Perk do...

The guy is LISTED at 6'9". It wouldn't surprise me if he was actually 6'7".

Glen Davis was measured at 6'9" in shoes at the NBA draft combine.

Not sure I understand the criticism. Baby has played well since his return. And he has been rebounding very well. Certainly better than Shelden with his terrible hands. :x

Even out of shape Baby should be starting over Scalabrine (who should never set foot on the court).

Return to Boston Celtics
